Superintendent Thomas M West 500 West Avenue 352-6851 The Village of Spencerport Public Works Department serves the community by providing garbage, recycling and bulk refuse collection, sanitary sewer main maintenance, storm water drainage upkeep and installations, road work and sidewalk maintenance. Seasonally the DPW provides landscaping and maintenance of our parks and public area, leaf pick up, Christmas tree removal and snow plowing.
